Product Lab
Three products, made two different ways.
RENDR and SameSame are personal experiments, each built to exercise one product-management ability I would otherwise only be able to describe: modeling complexity, and removing it. SERVISNY is different: real, shipped, professional work, included here because it belongs in the same conversation about how I build.
RENDR and SameSame are personal experiments, built to think in public, and sit alongside, not inside, my professional portfolio in Selected Work. SERVISNY is that professional work, shown here rather than there.

RENDR
Working prototypeCan I model complexity?
Home renovation without the WhatsApp chaos.
The problem A renovation project runs through a chain of people who all have different responsibilities, approvals, documents, and dependencies: homeowner, architect or designer, contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, inspector. Right now that chain runs on WhatsApp threads, and a single discovery (say, a contractor finding unexpected plumbing behind a planned kitchen wall) turns into 27 messages instead of one clean decision: issue raised, contractor adds photos and a proposed change, architect reviews, homeowner sees the cost and time impact, homeowner approves, contractor proceeds, work is verified, change is closed.

SameSame
PlannedCan I remove complexity?
Connect through shared interests: no labels, no pressure.
The problem Most social and dating apps lead with photos and swiping, so people connect on appearance before they know whether they actually have anything in common. SameSame flips that: you build a profile from the interests and passions you actually care about, set an optional connection intention (friends, dating, business, or just open), and matching happens on overlap, not a stack of faces to swipe through.
- Interest-based matching
- Multi-intent product design
- Consent-based messaging
- Discovery & trust design

SERVISNY
ReleasedA real, shipped product, not a personal experiment.
Find local services, fast, and manage them like a real business.
The problem Small and independent service businesses (the plumber, the tutor, the salon) mostly run on phone calls and word of mouth, which caps how many customers they can serve well and makes it hard for a customer to even find them in the first place. SERVISNY is a local service-provider finder: it gives customers fast discovery and filtering to find the right provider nearby, and gives providers a real appointment-management system instead of a notebook and a ringing phone.
